The Rubik's Cube changed the world of puzzles when it first hit the Hungarian market in the 1980s. Over 40 years on, the world's puzzle solvers are still fascinated with the cube... including me!

TO MAKE THIS GO SMOOTHER, JUST SOLVE SIX OF THE COMPLETE CENTERS AND THEN WHEN YOU ARE PLACING THE EDGES YOU DO NOT HAVE TO KEEP UNDOING(REPLACING) THE MOVES THAT BREAK UP THE ALREADY SOLVED CENTERS - THIS ALLOWS YOU TO COMPLETE TE BOTTOM HALF OF THE CUBE FIRST - THEN MOVE ON TO EACH UNSOLVED UPPER CENTERS - COMPLTE ONE AT A TIME LEAVING THE GREY CENTER AS YOUR LAST LAYER - USE YOUR LAST LAYER
Hm found out the key with five little holes is not needed to put in the hole on top at all. it was just there to hold the other keys on their place in the bottom, perhaps
My fastest ⚡ Rubik's cuke solving is 1 min 23 sec. 10 millisecond
(4:00) It was about here where I began shouting "START!!!" at the screen. LOL! 😉😎☮️
Can yo do it slower
Ur fucking no help
Dude didn’t even solve it lol omg
Lucky you by not geting a parity situation (two edges swaped in the last layer). Although the alhorythm is simple do memorize, it' not easy do figure out...
Can you solve this puzzle from genius Square?
Hi Chris can you review the book of Rubik by David Goldman
the best method intuitively solve Rubik's Cube is Blindfolded method, spesifically 3 cycle method.
CHRIS - NICE TRY! - YOU REALLY DID NOT START WITH A TRUE SCRAMBLE - YOU HAD EVERY CENTER LINED UP WITH THE CORRECT COLORS - THIS WOULD NEVER BE EXACTLY RIGHT IF YOU REALLY SCRAMBLED THE CUBE - MOST OF THE CENTERS WOLUD NOT BE LINED UP LIKE YOUR START - NOT "COOL"
Not quite. If you look at 1:03, the left yellow blue centre and the right yellow red centre are not correctly oriented. As yellow is the colour in common here, the left centre should have yellow facing to the right in order to be solvable with the centre on the right face. In any case, it's quite easy to orient all of these centres based on the fact that there's only ever one colour in common between any two centres, which helps us figure out which faces are which! Hope that helps!
😂poob Poo
How not who
Who do you do the top bit
I really wanted to buy this but every video i watch it just seems too easy
Mine is in pieces. How to put it together again?
This is incorrect - EYFS (or Reception) is 4 - 5 (being non compulsory until age 5). Then Y1 is 5 - 6 and so on.
CHRIS - TO MAKE THIS SOLVE SHORTER, ONLY SOLVE THE FIRST SIX CENTERS ON THE BOTTOM - THIS HELPS YOU WHEN YOU PLACE THE EDGES FOR THESE SIX CENTERS BY NOT HAVING TO REPLACE THE UPPER SOLVED CENTERS - YOU HAVE THE WHOLE UPPER SIX LAYERS TO PAIR UP THE BOTTOM EDGES WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT REPAIRING THE TOP CENTERS(IF THEY WERE COMPLETED) - ADD THE CORNERS TO THE LOWER PAIRED UP EDGES AND THE BOTTOM OF THE CUBE IS SOLVED AND NOT EFFECTED BY THE UPPER HALF PLACEMENTS - SOLVE THE CLOSEST ADJACENT UPPER CENTER - EDGES - CORNERS UNTIL YOU HAVE SOLVE ALL BUT THE LAST LAYER(GREY) - THEN USE YOUR MEGAMINX LAST LAYER MOVES TO COMPLETE THE CUBE - TRY THIS METHOD FOR FASTER TIMES THAN SOLVING ALL THE TWELVE CENTERS FIRST -
Wait! Did you ever figure out 6?! LOL I'm stuck too!!!
2024 anyone??

Your horrible at explaining anything
I got this a present. I thought the separate black bit wasn't even part of the puzzle. Unsurprisingly I made zero progress. Nice box though.
Thanks man! This is the single video sgowing the full CF methog, the intended one
my best time is 1:40
Jle kosztuje😊
I never realised how simple this puzzle actually was! Thank you so much!
❤
It's easier if you solve the up corners last. Phase 1, solve the down corners intuitively, as done here. Phase 2, permute all the other faces using one or two sledgehammers. Keep the down corners on the down side always. This part is a bit inefficient, since solving the next face sometimes requires smashing a solved face, but eventually it gets done. Phase 3, orient the faces using two sledgehammers again. (2 sledgehammers at the same orientation flips the front, up, left, and right faces upside down.) cases: Case 1: 3 non-up sides need to flip - put a good side in back, do 2 sledgehammers. Case 2: two sides need to flip, but not the up side- put a bad side in back, 2 sledgehammers creates case 1. Phase 4, move from 2 mis-oriented upper corners to 4 mis-oriented corners using 4 sledgehammers. (Upper corners are permitted automatically during previous phases. 4 sledgehammers don’t change the faces and down corners, front upper corners rotate counterclockwise, back upper corners rotate clockwise.) phase 5, same technique to go from 4 mis-oriented upper corners to cube solved. Phase 4 is often a skip, and sometimes both 4 & 5, but no way to skip 5 without skipping 4. This method seems even more necessary when solving the ghost xtreme or Fisher golden dodecahedron, which are very similar to the skewskewb. Due to the ghosting, figuring out the up corner orientation without having the faces in place just seems impossible. I guess someone else might be able to do it, but not me. After permuting and orienting the faces (also difficult but possible), orienting the up corners is doable.
People pay thousands of pounds for shiny objects that don't do anything. This shiny object costs only 20 and it's a fully functional puzzle. I'd call it a bargain.
Thanks, very informative.
I think it would be cool to replace the numbers with the signs of the zodiac wheel. Changes the way it looks, but solves exactly the same
Thanks! This is a great explanation! But I think you neglected to mention explicitly that for the U-perms it is necessary to hold the completed edge in the back.
This was great… gave me a way to start looking at solving the cross without being random… thank you❤
90 mins haha, I was googling ciphers before I watched your video and the eye popped up. Otherwise I would have been about 45 mins to solve. Damn the eye got me! Anyone else having trouble putting the gear key back in during reassembly?
did you figure this out? I got the gear key back in but not ALL the way in. I think it has something to do with the side wheels but I can't figure it out lol
